I have lived in Southern Nevada for over 45 years. The last 20 have been in the Moapa Valley area which is 50 miles northeast of Las Vegas at the top of Lake Mead. My wife and I, and our daughter, Chrisie Krasn, list and sell property all over the greater Las Vegas area but we specialize in Moapa Valley. We own a business center in Overton at 104 South Moapa Valley Boulevard. We have 3 children and 11 grandchildren in Las Vegas.
I recently got my Utah sales license and am now able to sell in Southern Utah, specializing in the Pine Valley and Central areas.
